Tasty Tuesday - Granny's Dressing
3 cups crumbled corn bread
3 cups crumbled day old bread
1 cup finely chopped celery (cooked)
1/2 cup chopped onions (cooked)
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup melted margarine
3 1/4 cup chicken stock
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp sage
1 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
Mix bread crumbles and corn bread.
Add other ingredients and blend well.
Bake in a well greased dish for 45 minutes to 1 hour on 350 degrees on the middle shelf.
