Mum’s Vegetarian Stuffing From Kate Hill

Ingredients:

Oil
1 small onion (chopped)
1 loaf bread
1 egg, beaten
Parsley (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1 can vegetarian soup

Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a frying pan, brown the onion in oil, then place in a mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients and spread in a 9x9 pan coated with cooking spray. Bake approximately 35 minutes.

Tip: depending on how moist you like the stuffing, you might not use the entire can of soup.

Suggestion: Serve with cranberry sauce.
