Interview with Addison from Ticket To Ride by Ana Raine

What kind of job do you have?
I am a pianist at local clubs, bars, and anywhere else that will have me. But mostly, I’m kind of spoiled staying at home or practicing music while my boyfriend works.

Describe yourself in three words.
Adventurous, and surprisingly kinky.

Who is your love interest?
My boyfriend of five years,Taylor.

Tell us about your first kiss with Taylor.
My first kiss with Taylor was really hot. I had just finished playing at a dueling piano bar and was still pumped with adrenaline. Then this gorgeous, well dressed man approached me and I couldn’t help but want to kiss him.

List three things about Taylor that turn you on.
He’s kinky.
He always wants to please me.
He’s secretive and shy.

Do you like using sex toys?
Yes, I recently found out that I do.

Top or bottom?
Bottom, but only because Taylor is so good at being a top.

Whipped cream or Marshmallow?
I haven’t tried those, but probably whipped cream.

What's your idea of a romantic evening?
Being alone with Taylor.

What do you like to wear to bed?
Nothing at all so Taylor can be free to touch me.

Would you share the blurb from your story?

“Thinking of something?” Taylor asked, pushing a cup farther away from the edge of the counter so he could rest his arm on the marble.

“About the first time we made love.”

Taylor’s eyes lit up as he took hold of my arm, gently pulling me closer. He kept urging me forward until my erection was perfectly pressed against his leg. The way he towered over me, my head only came to the middle of his chest.

Craning my neck to look up at him, I watched his lips move as he asked, “Do you want more? I didn’t do the best job last night, did I?”

“You always do a good job,” I reminded him, laughing and pushing him away ever so slightly. I was more than relieved when his arm stayed strong around my waist. “I’m just hard to please.”

Taylor raised his eyebrows, “So I see. Luckily for me, I love sucking you off.”

I was surprised. “You don’t want any?”

“Not yet. I used you so hard last night; I’m surprised you didn’t pass out. But don’t worry,” his hand slipped away from my waist so he could lower himself to the floor. “I’ll get mine later.”

Interview with Tavis O’Connor from Demon Seduction by B.J. McCall

What kind of job do you have?

I gamble. I bet on horses and play poker, but if the odds suit me I’ll bet on just about anything. Lady luck has always been good to me.

Would you call yourself golden or a bad boy?

Definitely a bad boy. I like living on the edge, playing the odds and taking risks. I was in an auto accident recently. I totaled my car and the doctor said it was a miracle that I survived. While I was unconscious I saw my future. I didn’t believe in an afterlife, hellfire and demons, but I was wrong. I’ve been given a second change. I’ll never be golden, but I don’t want to see the flames of Perdition again.

Who is your love interest?

Her name is Despina. She’s breathtaking and likes me a lot. I’m crazy about her.

How did you and Despina meet?

She was standing outside the hospital when I was released. I was alone, without transportation and not a penny in my pocket. She offered me a ride. Despina was there at the precise moment I really needed someone. I’ll never stop needing her.

Would you share the blurb from your story?

I’d be happy to share the blurb from Demon Seduction. Some people might not believe my story, but I swear it’s true.

Tavis O'Connor didn't believe in heaven and hell until a glimpse into perdition convinces him to change his ways.

Despina is given the task of reclaiming the soul snatched from the flames. If she succeeds she'll be promoted and attain the demon rank of Wicked.

Confident in her powers of seduction, one night is all Despina needs to bring the sexy Irishman back to the dark side.

Tasty Tuesdays - Pat's Sausage Stuffing

Sausage Stuffing

1 bag of stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm or Arnold’s, etc.)
1 lb. Sweet Italian sausage
1 large Vidalia onion chopped into small pieces
2 stalks of celery chopped into small pieces
1 can of chopped water chestnuts
3/4 cup of chopped pecans
1 stick of melted butter
2 to 3 cups of chicken stock depends on how wet you want it

Put stuffing mix in large bowl. Remove sausage from casing. Crumble and brown sausage. Remove sausage with slotted spoon. Put in bowl with stuffing mix. Saute celery and onion in sausage grease. Remove onion and celery and add to bowl with stuffing mix. Drain water chestnuts then add to stuffing mix bowl. Add chopped pecans. Pour melted butter over stuffing mix. Pour in stock and mix well.

Stuff turkey. If you prefer dressing to stuffing, place it in a buttered casserole dish and bake in oven for an hour at 325 degrees.

This is a family favorite. When we are going elsewhere for turkey, my immediate family always asks for me to bring my sausage dressing.

Interview with Quinn DePaul from Haunted by Danni Price

What kind of job do you have?
None at the moment.  I was a stuntman before I died.

Describe yourself in three words.
Charming, sarcastic and frustrated.  The last bit is a recent development.  And it's all because I died in the middle of having sex with this gorgeous blond.  My spirit wants to finish, but I have no body to make it happen.

Who is your love interest?
In my opinion, the female gender is my love interest, but unfortunately most women can no longer see me.  Virginia can, but I think she likes my best friend Jake better.

Do you like using sex toys?
Sure.  I enjoy anything makes the sex better. There is nothing I love more than to please women in bed.

Top or bottom?
Doggy actually.  There is something about a woman on all fours in front of me with her back arched just right. It’s like poetry.

Do you have any pets?
Not really.  Unless you count the cockroach who lives under the bathroom sink.

Whipped cream or Marshmallow?
Chocolate Syrup! The messier the better.

What's your favorite food?
Pecan Pie heated with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  When I was alive, I had to stay in perfect shape, but every once in a while I’d give into my sweet tooth.

What do you like to do in your free time?
Reality TV.  I like Duck Dynasty the best.  It was the second greatest day of my life when I figured out how to press the buttons on the remote. As a bonus, it freaks the cleaning lady out every time she comes in to find the television turned on.

Would you share the blurb from your story?
She took a seat opposite the bed in a blue chair that might once have contained stuffing, but those days were long gone. “Why are you here anyway?”
He flipped onto his back and folded his hands behind his head. “I don’t know. I loved my life.”
She forced herself to look away from his cock. “You must have had some unresolved issue.”
He sent her a lopsided grin. “Did you read that on a cereal box? Come on, you can do better.”
She groaned. “Listen, I’m not much of a medium. I don’t like it, but considering I can hear and now see dead people…”
He slid onto his side, head propped up on one hand, making it that much harder to ignore the giant erection in the room. “Well, that’s fascinating, but like it or not you’re here.”
“Okay, let me think. Do you like being dead?” She toyed with a bit of paper peeling off the top of the particleboard table.
“No.”
“Is there something you needed to tell someone before you died?” She slammed her hand down on the table to get his attention, but he only yawned. “Is there anything at all that you still give a shit about since you died?”
His eyes focused on her with an almost disturbing level of intensity. “Actually, yes. I always want to have sex. I mean even now with you desperately trying to keep your eyes off my dick. All I want to do is screw you every which way known to man, and then invent some for good measure.”
She pursed her lips and crossed her legs, trying to convey a displeasure she didn’t feel. Her pussy rather liked the idea. “Well, you died with an erection. So I guess that makes sense.”
“No, it’s more than that. I’m horny. That’s true. But when people have sex or even sexual thoughts around me, I feel a little alive.”
She scooted farther back into her chair. “Is that why you touched me last night?”
“You felt it?” His eyes lit up.
“I thought I was dreaming, but yes.”
“Last night something called to me, and there you were. When I possess someone, I end up feeling weaker and black out. But after you…” His gaze dropped to her lips. “I want to touch you again. I want to feel you come like you did last night, but for me.”
She bit the inside of her cheek. “Your unresolved issue might be that you died… Unsatisfied.”
Quinn broke out into loud guffaws, but after a few minutes his laughter died. He sat up cross-legged and faced her. “You know. That isn’t so crazy.”
“Thanks for the confidence.”
“You’re welcome, but we still have one problem.” He pointed at her with a dramatic pause. “I can’t touch myself even to jerk off, much less have sex with a woman. So, how am I supposed to resolve my…” He sent a pointed look to his cock. “Problem.”
She sucked in her bottom lip and dropped her gaze. “Well, I might have an idea, but we would need Jake’s help.”

Tasty Tuesday - Mary Ellen's Sausage Rice Casserole

Sausage And Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 350
One Pound of Sausage -- Jimmy Dean, or whatever in a roll you like for breakfast
Fry it up, crumbling it as you go.

1/2 cup of regular rice - uncooked
1 box-- use both envelopes -- dried chicken noodle soup (I use Lipton’s)
(Optional -- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce -- I think this makes it too salty so I omit this)
1 & 1/2 cups water

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Cover dish and place in preheated oven. Cook for 45 minutes, then check the rice and noodles. If they aren’t soft, cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with a tossed salad.

My friend Mary Ellen brought me this dish once when I wasn’t feeling well. I liked it so much I requested the recipe. She told me it was simple, but we could only find an envelope so she tore off the flap and wrote it down. I’ve had this recipe on this envelope since 1972. We lost her to cancer in 1989.

The Saturday Book Diver Interviews Draco from Twisted Fate by Jessica Coulter Smith

Welcome to the Saturday Book Diver. Each week we travel to fictional worlds to interview fascinating and sexy characters. It’s been a pleasure being your Book Diver host and I’ll miss traveling to these wonderful fictional worlds, but the magic has run its course and this will be my last interview as your Book Diver.

In this farewell journey, I find myself in the town of Moonspell. I’m seated in the Big Bear Diner waiting for my interviewee. I’ve ordered a cup of coffee and I’m waiting for the waitress, Lacey, to bring me the slice of cherry pie I’ve ordered.

Then he walks in. Tall with black hair and blue eyes, Draco Coldstorm is everything a dragon shifter should be. Handsome and charismatic, he approaches. His gaze rivets to Lacey who is approaching with my pie. The petite blonde waitress draws a visible breath. It’s clear there is something between her and Draco.

She brings my pie just as Draco takes the seat across from me. She takes his order and the energy between them crackles. Once Lacey walks away, the interview starts.

SBD: Draco, thank you for agreeing to this interview.

Draco: I was surprised you contacted me, but I’m happy to answer your questions. Within reason of course.

SBD:  You’re a firefighter here in Moonspell. What drew you to such a dangerous job?

Draco: For most guys, is the adrenaline rush. I won’t lie, that has some appeal to me, but the fire calls to me. It’s a living, breathing thing that can be both stunningly beautiful and deadly. I like being the one who makes sure it doesn’t take away someone’s home, livelihood, or life. Wow, that makes me sound like I have a God complex or something, and I don’t.

SBD: If you don’t mind my saying so, it’s obvious there’s something between you and Lacey. What is she to you?

Draco: Lacey is… special. There’s definitely something there, but we haven’t really discussed it yet. She walks into a room and it’s like the everything just falls into place. Seeing her smile is more beautiful than watching the sun rise every morning.

SBD:  Would you describe Lacey in three words?

Draco: Beautiful. Tenderhearted. Intriguing.

SBD: Would you share your favorite excerpt from Twisted Fate?

Draco: I’d be happy to!

Bright and early the next morning had found Lacey at the Big Bear Diner. Mavis, the owner, had been very kind and understanding. She’d taken Lacey under her wing and had offered her a job immediately, even though she didn’t have any experience. The witch had given her a cubby in back to use so she’d stashed her bag and donned an apron before greeting customers with a pad and pen in her hands. Mavis had assured her she’d have a uniform for her in a few days, if she were still around. Once she got into the rhythm of things, the morning ran smoothly.

The smell of coffee and bacon hung heavy in the air. Sunlight filtered through the large front windows making the place look cheery. The customers chatted to one another, and to the waitresses, creating a low hum in the small diner, a sound that was rather pleasing to Lacey’s ears. It had been so long since she’d been in a normal setting like this that she’d forgotten what it was like.

A group of men in matching navy tees came in and took a booth in Lacey’s section. She approached them with a smile and laid down four menus.

“Can I get you something to drink while you look over the menu?” she asked.

The one in the right corner looked up and caught her gaze with his, a blue so dark it was almost navy. A midnight blue to go with his midnight black hair. His jaw sported a five o’clock shadow, but it just added to his sex appeal. That one look pulled her in, made her feel vulnerable, more than she already did. Even though he was seated, she could tell he was tall, much taller than her five-foot-three frame. All of the men were broad chested and had large arms, whether from their job or working out she didn’t know. On closer inspection, she realized their shirts said M.F.D. with a fireman’s logo under it. So, not just hunky men, but heroes. She could use one of those about now, too bad she wasn’t sticking around.

The man next to the one with the intriguing eyes gave her an engaging smile.

“Well, hello, sweet thing. I don’t remember seeing you around town before.”

“I just got here yesterday.” Should she have said that? They probably would’ve found out anyway, what with Moonspell being so small.

“Well, I don’t know where you came from, but their loss is our gain.”

She couldn’t help but smile at the flirt. He was handsome, too, just not as enthralling as the man beside him.

“My name’s Rafael, and if you need anything while you’re in our fair town, don’t hesitate to ask.”

Wow, he really laid it on thick, didn’t he? She might’ve been locked up when she was sixteen, but she still remembered flirting. With his dark hair and even darker eyes, she imagined he tempted more than one woman in this small town. But he just didn’t do anything for her.

“I’m Lacey.”

“Lacey, these are my friends.” He pointed to the two men across from him. “Reece and Tarian are brothers, and next to me is Draco.”

“Like in Harry Potter?” She slapped a hand over her mouth. What had possessed her to say such a thing?

The men snickered and Draco glowered.

“I had my name long before that book came out,” he said softly, his voice a deep rumble that sent pleasant tingles through her.

“Don’t worry. He isn’t an evil wizard,” Rafael assured her with a grin.

“We’ll all take iced tea,” Tarian said, coming to her rescue. “And I’m pretty sure we all want the breakfast special.”

The men all nodded and she notated their selection on her pad before hurrying away. She felt someone’s gaze on her as she walked off and fought the urge to turn and look over her shoulder. Something told her it was Draco. She’d had a boyfriend or two, but she’d been without male companionship for so long -- unless the guards and doctors counted -- that she’d forgotten what it was like to be around men. The firemen seemed nice. Maybe being in Moonspell for a few days wouldn’t be such a bad thing.

It’s been a pleasure meeting Draco and Lacey. I look forward to seeing how their story turns out and I’m sorry to be leaving their fictional world so soon. However the Book Diver magic is calling me back to my own world for the last time. I can still find out what happens to Draco and Lacey. You can too. Just check out

Tasty Tuesday - Pat's Fruit Cocktail Cake

Before I got married, I wasn't much of a cook, but I loved to eat. I am also a picky eater. 1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda.

ADD:

1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 medium can of fruit cocktail.

POUR:

Into 8 inch square pan

TOP with

1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of chopped nuts

BAKE

For 50 minutes at 350 degrees

The Saturday Book Diver Interviews Brabus from Demon Treat by B.J. McCall

Welcome to the Saturday Book Diver, where we travel to fictional worlds to interview fascinating and sexy characters.

Usually the Book Diver interviews are live, but in this special case, our interview with Brabus, a half-human half-demon, has been taped. He agreed to talk to me on All Hallows Eve--no other day.

I met him at Sweet Evil, a bar in which I saw many frightening and fascinating creatures, the most compelling of which was Brabus himself.

Tall and lean with wavy black hair and blue eyes, he was stunningly handsome. When he spoke, the hint of an Irish accent added to his appeal.

I could see his attention was focused on Hekka, owner of Sweet Evil, so I hurried along with the interview.

SBD: Brabus, thank you for talking to me on this special night.

Brabus: I’m always happy to accommodate a beautiful woman.

SBD:  You’re called a Limbo. Would you explain what that means?

Brabus: I’m only half demon. My soul hasn’t been claimed, but there’s little doubt that I’m destined for the fiery depths below.

SBD: I can see that a patron of the bar has captured your interest. Have you and Hekka met before?

Brabus: Not face-to-face, but that’s about to change. Brabus is my demon name, but Hekka is about to meet Lorcan, my human half,. That’s the half that put me in Limbo.

SBD:  What are three things about Hekka that make her so irresistible to you?

Brabus:  She’s blonde and the ways she fills out a dress would spin any guy around, but that’s not what makes her irresistible. She exudes sex and everything about her puts your body on alert. She’s got an edge about her that makes you want to tame her. You know that’s impossible, but she makes you want to try. She’s a hot challenge and you know you’re going to get burned, but she’ll make you enjoy every fiery second.

SBD: Would you share your favorite excerpt from Demon Treat?

Brabus:  I’m pleased to give you a sneak peak. It’s going to be a memorable All Hallow’s Eve.

The sports car hugged the tight turns leading up the mountain. Brabus liked the way the vehicle handled and made a mental note to steal this model again when he needed a set of wheels. He glanced at his passenger, taking in her glorious curves. Two magnificent rides in one night. Sometimes being bad paid off.

"Are you cold? I can blast the heat." Brabus knew a Wicked never got cold, but he had to stay in character and keep her thinking he was just another demon treat.

"I'm fine," she said, placing her hand on his thigh and sliding it toward his crotch.

"So am I."

She cupped his package.

He was instantly hard. Hell, he'd been aching since he'd watched her glide into the club.

She squeezed his cock, then went for his zipper.

Brabus pressed the accelerator. "Darling, things are getting interesting."

She stroked him with soft, knowing fingers and rubbed him with her smooth palm.

A slight tug on his length and the car drifted. Grinning, Brabus straightened the wheels.

On the next turn, she lowered her head and took him into her mouth, searing his skin.

Brabus bit his lip and the sports car slid over the solid yellow line.

I needed to order a cold drink after that one!

By then the Book Diver magic was calling me out of Sweet Evil and the timing was perfect because Brabus was about to approach Hekka. I can only imagine the wicked pleasures they were about to share.
